DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (excluding holidays)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Estimated Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (excluding holidays)

Delays: Shipping times are based on our best estimate. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Customs and Duties: For International orders, customers are responsible to pay for any duties or other fee charged by the country in which they reside.

TRACKING  YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via SMS for local deliveries, or via email for international. Use the tracking link sent to you, so you can follow the progress of the order. Please note that in rare unforeseen circumstances, beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances, delivery may be delayed. We will do our best to notify you promptly. These situations fall under force majeure, releasing us from any liability or obligation regarding shipping delays or non-delivery.
