Return Policy
Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of receiving your item, providing you with 7 days to initiate a return.
To initiate a return request, contact our customer support team at info@elyactive.com . Once approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For a return to be accepted, the item must remain in its original condition, with attached tags, and in its original packaging, unworn or unused.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. Should you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items, kindly reach out to us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges: To expedite the process of obtaining the desired item, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new one once the return is processed.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow for some time for the refund to reflect in your bank, credit card statement or PayPal account.
International Returns: International returns are accepted at the customer's expense for shipping and taxes. Please note that any promotional offers for free shipping do not apply to international returns.
